Salem Food Digest was created in 2014 as the continuation of a food group that began on another social media information site.
We are an eclectic group of local characters who strive to to provide honest and unpretentious reviews of local restaurants and bars and their offerings.
We do reviews of course, but we also occasionally visit restaurants for menu tastings, which aren’t really reviews as much as they are a chance for you, the reader and lover of food to become familiar with the featured business.
