Here's a quick and brief update on the the much discussed and anticipated arrival of The Goat Salem. Work on the build-out resumed a couple of weeks ago.
Yes it's true, True love can be lost, but it can also be found again. Front Street Coffeehouse, Salem MA has been an integral part of the Salem downtown community for 30 years. There was a short stutter step a for a few years but FSC has returned to form with a great staff and a variety of coffees, teas, various juice concoctions, and a sweet selection of delicious Sandwiches.
This Turkey & Salami on Focaccia with cheddar, house cole slaw, Russian dressing, and some added pesto kept #TheBaldOne fed and very happy the other day.
Where do we find the funky KitKat and Lay's Potato Chips flavors in Salem? The answer is easy. Annie’s Asian Mart has it all to include other candies and savory treats, teas, spices, cold sweet coffees, ice cream, frozen foods, fresh veggies, and prepared food by Koto Asian Fusion.
The KitKat flavors. Double chocolate, chocolate orange, chocolate strawberry, and machta tea. The potato chips are BBQ spare rib, teriyaki chicken, and spicy chicken. Don't knock them until you've tried them!
In a town with waterfront restaurants that specialize in fresh fried seafood Salems Retreat in the North Fields has carved out a small seafood spot for themselves despite not being a waterfront destination.
This Captain's Platter with fresh, thinly breaded haddock, scallops, jumbo shrimp, fries and onion rings was an excellent and satisfying Lunch the other day. They sent out two tarter sauces without being asked which was greatly appreciated.
If your a Cole Slaw aficionado you should certainly explore this house-made Slaw.
