Right in Salem, MA, Dubes Seafood has become a beloved local haunt for its fried seafood delights, particularly the hand-cut, battered onion rings that have garnered rave reviews. It will be a busy week for www.salemdigest.com with five full restaurant reviews scheduled beginning with one later today.

This afternoon Notch Brewing is up will some thoughts focused on their food selections. We’ll touch on the beer a bit too of course.

On Tuesday it will be time for our first ever full review of Salem’s legendary Dube’s Seafood Restaurant. This one has been a long time coming.

Wednesday #TheBaldOne will post on Adriatic Restaurant & Bar. This corner spot on Washington Street has long been a true favorite of his.

Dotty and Ray’s – Salem, MA will be featured on Thursday. Gennaro and his team are are continuing this North Fields of Salem tradition.

We’ll end the work week with a full review of Counter Salem, a truly under-appreciated and in our opinion, under-utilized spot in our downtown.
