There are days when #TheBaldOne digs into a Parfait. Yogurt, fruit, and granola are all healthy options for a quick meal or snack. As always there is a choice when choosing a Parfait. Greek yogurt, or “regular” or American style yogurt.

Greek style is always the choice in the wonderful world of our obstinate (according to rumor) hero. It’s thicker, creamier, and features a natural tartness. No added sugars or syrupy fruits are added to make it sweet. It’s just yogurt. If you add fresh fruit, and a granola it just becomes healthier.
