Falafel, Falafel, who’s got the Falafel?
Blue Fez Restaurant served their wonderful Falafel to #TheBaldOne on Thursday night. Their Falafel over houmos and harissa really hits our hero in all of the right spots. It is #BaldOneApproved by acclamation.
The Etereo Albarino by Bodegas Wine in Spain paired nicely with the Falafel. Fruity at the front, with a more earthy hint on the tongue, and a really clean finish this is a great, affordable, summertime quaff.
Blue Fez Restaurant is Vegan friendly, and delicious too.
Blue Fez Restaurant located in the corner spot at Lappin Park, Salem is easily one of our best restaurants. Small and intimate dining, scratch cooking with the freshest of ingredients, Fez feeds you and soothes you.
The Houmos and Chakchouka are excellent, and healthy dishes, and fully deserving of being partnered with a glass from their fine Wine selection.

The house Houmos is visually pleasing, featuring a smooth texture and layered flavors that will have you dipping the lightly toasted pita triangles one after the other. This Houmos is #BaldOneApproved.
The next dish is Chakchouka from the Tapas menu. Sautéed roasted peppers, onions, garlic and tomato sauce, and a poached egg blend beautifully together to create a palate pleasing symphony.
