The 25th Annual Haunted Happenings Grand Parade is tomorrow night at 6:30 P. M. It begins at Shetland Park and ends at Salem Common. Downtown Salem will be packed. for a few hours, and basically inaccessible to cars. Choosing to stay home and order delivery may be the best move if the parade isn’t your thing.
