Yesterday we visited Curly Girl Candy Shop on the 4th anniversary of their opening in 2021.

Assorted Jelly Beans, Boston Baked Bean Candy, and Chocolate Covered Cookie Dough Balls were selected from the large inventory, put into a bag, and will soon be consumed by various member and guests at Columbus Society Lounge.

Yesterday two of the $15 gift cards that we purchased at Curly Girl Candy Shop were picked up by a couple of happy sweet toothed youngsters.

Have you visited Marnie at Curly Girl Candy Shop yet? Why not? This spot at the corner of Washington Street and Barton Square, long ago home to one of Salem’s most famous watering holes, is rocking and rolling the downtown Salem candy world.

The renovations at Curly Girl Candy Shop are coming along nicely. The new flooring seem to indicate that folks will have a good time when they visit. Marnie is hoping for a Labor Day weekend opening.

Things are moving fast in Salem. New places are cropping up here, popping up there, business is hopping everywhere.

Meet Marnie. Marnie will be opening up Curly Girl Candy Shop at the corner of Washington Street and Barton Square. She’s been working on this project for two years, and as you can see is absolutely thrilled that the dream is about to be realized.

You’ll be able to buy a little candy, or a lot of candy, depending on your desires and the size of the scoop.
