These are very meaty Wings, cooked perfectly so that not a single dry bite was experienced. Carolina Sauce was the call, because in the mind of our hero the mustard based sauces are the best of the best. We must issue a good word or three for the house Bleu Cheese Dressing. It stands out nicely and dips a little differently with a thick consistency and plenty of small chunks of cheese.
Chili Garlic Green Beans provided a nice contrast in bite and flavor. These would compliment any of their other menu items.
A 1664 Blanc by Kronenbourg Brewing paired nicely with the Wings. This beer was first made by Canon Brewery in 1664 and the exact same recipe is still used today.
