Here’s a peak at the Koto Asian Fusion late night menu. Service goes to midnight.

#TheBaldOne went in for the Veggie Gyoza on St. Patrick’s Day because it comes in a spinach infused green wonton wrapper.

But, while he was there Annie had him try the Chickenskin Gyoza stuffed with chicken of course, and mushroom. Oh my. They are rolled up, fried crispy, and dangerously savory and delicious. Our BaldGuy could eat a 1 gallon bucket fill with them.

Oh. Our man paid for the Veggie Gyoza and tea. He also tipped Zechariah for the excellent service. The Chicken skin Gyoza was on the house. If the silly, but surely intrepid #AngelaTheRude finds her way back here again she will surely caterwaul and we will once again be entertained.

#TheBaldOne enjoyed this Koto Asian Fusion 2025 Maki as his last restaurant meal of 2024. Both Annie and Leo came over to offer best wishes for the New Year.

Avocado, cucumber, torched yellowtail, lime, black tobiko, and kobayaki sauce made for a visually appealing and absolutely delicious nosh. Tobiko, flying fish roe is seen as a cousin to caviar. Squid ink, sometimes food coloring is used to provide the black color. The Umami is strong with these little beads.

Happy New Year.
