There are days when #TheBaldOne digs into a Parfait. Yogurt, fruit, and granola are all healthy options for a quick meal or snack. As always there is a choice when choosing a Parfait. Greek yogurt, or “regular” or American style yogurt.

Greek style is always the choice in the wonderful world of our obstinate (according to rumor) hero. It’s thicker, creamier, and features a natural tartness. No added sugars or syrupy fruits are added to make it sweet. It’s just yogurt. If you add fresh fruit, and a granola it just becomes healthier.

The Parfait in the photos is a legit Greek yogurt, and this morning rocked the breakfast world of #TheBaldOne. There was just a hint of honey added. Red Line Cafe does yogurt, and Parfait the right way.

Bougatsa. Great Caesar’s Ghost! What in the Sam Hill is Bougatsa? Until ten minutes ago #TheBaldOne had never heard of it.

Bougatsa is a Greek breakfast pastry, or snack. There are a few variations. This one is a Bougatsa Kreme. Phyllo dough is wrapped around a semolina custard, baked in an oven and served hot with a good dusting of powdered sugar or cinnamon.

The Bougatsa seen in the photos was served this morning (Sunday) to #SantaBen at Red Line Cafe. This is NOT a featured menu item and is only available if you order it a day ahead of time.
