Thai Place, Salem’s original Thai spot has a nice little patio carved out on the north side of the Witch City Mall.
We just realized that we haven’t paid much attention to Thai Place at the Witch City Mall.
They have been doing take-out and delivery all along.

Two little items to add some zest y=to your lunch.
Goong Tod at Thai Place in the Museum Place Mall. These are deep fried marinated shrimp wrapped in Wonton skin and served with pineapple sauce.
Punta Cana Dominican Grill in Beverly serves wonderful and fresh house-made Empanadas. These fried pastries can be filled with meat or cheese, or even with dessert fillings.

A Samuel Smith’s Brewery Nut Brown Ale, the Goong Tod which is deep fried marinated shrimp wrapped in wonton skin, and the crispy chicken. The whole thing came in just under $20.

One place in the Museum Place Mall that we haven’t paid enough attention to is Thai Place. They are the original Thai spot in Salem and have been there for more than twenty years.
