We are almost done preparing our remarks on the menu tasting from last Wednesday at Stella’s Restaurant and Wine Bar on Lafayette Street.

Here is the Organic Pressed Half Chicken with farro, feta, blistered tomatoes, olives, and chicken jus. This impressed the entire table.
